More from the OCC Mask-erade class (loving this class).  This is my take at Shari's card.  This took a while but I did like the results!  Very clean and simple but I like it.
More from the OCC Mask-erade class  this is my attempt at Laura's technique - it took me a few tries to get one I liked.  I am really enjoying the class, some really great ideas.  Stretching me and my masks LOL.  This isn't quite  card yet - I'm holding on to it until I know what I need to put underneath the "happy".  With my family and friends you never know what your going to need next.
Taking the OCC Mask-erade class and loving it.  Here was my first basic masking technique.  I like how it turned out.  Colored the image with copics and then handmade some cloud masks (along with the image mask) and used tumbled glass to blend in the sky.

Merry & Bright

I created this card loosely based on a Kristina Werner card.  She used kraft paper and I opted for white. I colored the lights with copics, added wink of Stella clear and then covered in glossy accents (sorry that doesn't show up better in the picture).  I put glitter tape under the stamped panel.  Not sure I love that part plain white might have looked better.  Hmmm.  Thanks for stopping by!!!

Supplies:
American craft glitter tape
Papertrey white paper
Stamps:  Both sets were Essentials By Ellen Merry & Bright and Brushstroke Christmas.
Copics: Y15, Y17, YG07, YG09, B02, B04, YR04, YR07, R24, R27
Wink of Stella - clear
Ranger's Glossy Accents

Heat Embossing Acetate - Yikes!

Ever wondered if you could heat emboss on acetate.  Well at least the acetate I tried definitely did not work!  It reminded me of the kid projects where you melt plastic in the oven.  Yikes!!!  Oh well just thought I'd share my little experiment; just in case you ever wondered.

One Layer Card - OCC Day 3
I am not brave enough to try the harder watercoloring cards (even though I took the class).  I loved Kristina's card and did a little something like it with resist on the snowflakes and then a dry embossed background full of snowflakes.  This technique was super easy and I really like how it turned out.  Thanks for stopping by!
